FAQ

Are all Bless products one of a kind?

Yes, all the designs in the webshop are handmade with love by Kiangana and unique in it’s kind. Except for some smaller products like bandanas, scrunchies,… These might be limited to a max of 5 pieces (In this case, this will always be mentioned in the product discription).

Can I invite Bless to my event, market, festival,...?

Most definitely! I’m excited to hear all about your event and what I can contribute.
Reach out to me via the contact page and I’ll get back to you as soon as possible.

Can I visit the Bless shop?

Unfortunately Blless does not have a shop at this moment in time. But I’m growing and learning every day to turn this brand into something magical. When the time is right and the perfect location presents itself this might change in the future.

In the meantime you can discover the Bless brand via the webshop or visit/invite me at different markets, events, festivals…

Can I clean wax in the washing machine?

For all clothes we recommend hand wash or a 30°c  wash with the machine, especially the first time. This will have a positive impact on the behold of the vibrancy of the fabrics colors.  Don’t panic if it does go in the 40°c machine, we all have busy lives, i get you! Wax doesn’t shrink that much, you are lucky!

Attention!! This doesn’t go out to all creations with wool. Wool must be washed by hand or with the wool program on your washing machine.

We decided to work with Mondial Relay for shippings within Europe. They are the most reliable in my personal experience.

Belgium → €5,00 (3 days approx.)
Portugal, Italy & Austria → €12,50 (5 days approx.) 
Germany & Luxembourg → €9,50 (6 days approx.) 
Spain → €10,20 (6 days approx.) 
Netherlands → €7,00 (4 days approx.) 

Pick up point
Belgium & Luxembourg → €3,75 (3 days approx.)
France & Netherlands → €5,10 (5 days approx.)
Spain & Portugal → €8,40 (5/6 days approx.)

Please contact Bless via the contact form if you would like to purchase anything from my webshop. I will look at the options to get your package deliverd anywhere in the world. So don’t worry!

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

As a small business owner I can not compete with Bol, Zalando, Amazon,… Bless is a one woman operation. All orders are processed on tuesdays and friday. The delivery time is between 3-8 days after your order has been handed to the delivery service. It depends on the country of destination how long it takes for your order to be delivered. Please keep in mind that I’m located in Belgium, which may increase the shipping time/cost to your destination.

I didn't get an order confirmation e-mail. What now?

Unfortunately, we cannot prevent our emails from sometimes ending up in the spam box. Therefore, always check first whether the mail you are missing is there. If not, you can always contact us via “Contact” page.

Can I pick up my order in Antwerp?

No, Bless doesn’t offer this as an option. It’s easier to just pay for shipping so I can focus on handeling everything correctly.

International Shipping

For Europe we decided to work with Mondial Relay.
For orders outside of Europe or unmentioned countries please contact Bless before purchasing. I will look at the options to get your package deliverd. So don’t worry, i got you!

Returns and exchanges

Purchased items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of the date of purchase. Return item(s) may not be worn or washed. If you are not satisfied with the fit, quality, color, or size of an item, don’t hesitate to return it and choose any item in another size or color. We will gladly replace any item that you’re not completely happy with. However the shipping costs are at your expense. Please contact customer support on Kiangana.bless@gmail.com and mention your order number.

How to Return or Echange an Item
  1. Inform Bless beforehand so I know you are going to send back your package.
  2. Pack your order in a waterproof bag
  3. Mail your order to Uitspanningstraat 20, 2016 Wilrijk –  Belgium.

I got the wrong order... What now?

Our apologies! Mistakes can happen. Please contact Bless through the “Contact” page, mention your order number and we’ll make sure you get the right order shipped out to you asap.

I never recieved my order... What now?

If you waited for at least a week since your order and still no package arrived please contact me via email.

Oops, I accidentally gave the wrong address... What now?

Please contact customer support asap through the “Contact” page and don’t forget to mention your order number and updated addresss.
